Workforce Strategy & Implementation Specialist: This person will work closely with the NALHD team, LHD implementation teams, and statewide partners to lead implementation support related to Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) and other workforce initiatives. Additionally, this person will ensure that local health departments have access to the training, tools, technical assistance, and collaborative learning opportunities needed to successfully implement and sustain RHTP and other programs.

Senior Communications & Creative Specialist: This person leads the development and execution of NALHD's communications strategy, ensuring that the organization's work is clearly understood, visually compelling, and positioned for influence. This specialist partners with NALHD leadership to develop strategic messaging, identify communication opportunities, and enhance NALHD's visibility through high-quality, impactful communications.
