The dedicated teams at LHDs across Nebraska are working to contain COVID-19, get our community risk dials to green, and protect the capacity of our hospitals and clinics. 

How can you help?

    • Cover your nose and mouth with a mask or face covering.
    • Remember the 6 feet rule.
    • Avoid crowded spaces and close-contact settings.
    • Wash your hands often, for at least 20 seconds.
    • Avoid touching your face, eyes, and mouth.
    • Stay home if you are sick.

Your donation helps!

$5 per month provides multilingual resources and training to local health department staff and partners so they are prepared to help all Nebraskans make healthy choices and be safe in emergencies. ($60)

$10 per month prepares civilian providers in your community to better understand and meet the needs of military and veteran families. ($120)

$25 per month trains local health department staff or partners in Mental Health First Aid, helping communities better address behavioral health needs locally. ($300).

$50 per month helps a local health department offer a Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) classes in rural and underserved communities. ($600)
